ACCEPTING A PLACE

Year 8 -12 Enrolments

You may be offered a place at interview. If offered you may be expected to accept the position and pay the enrolment fee immediately. Payment secures your child’s position.

Year 7 Enrolments

The College will confirm your child’s place after all interviews are completed. You are expected to advise the College if you are declining a place.

• Expect communication regarding our Student Transition Programs
• Organise uniforms
• Organise transport (if relevant)
• Understand our approach to ICT, lap-tops and e-learning
• Organise stationery
• Attend Student Transition events

Letter of Offer

At the completion of the enrolment process your will receive a Letter of Offer if we are able to offer your child a place at St. Peter’s College.

Be prepared to complete the acceptance and pay your deposit by return mail or by dropping in the required paperwork and payment at College Reception.

You will be required to complete a Direct Debit Form for fee payment at this time. If you require an appointment with our Finance team regarding payment of fees please contact the College on 5990 7777 and ask to make an appointment to meet with our Finance Staff regarding fee payment.

If we are unable to offer your child a place at this time, you will be notified that your application is being held on our waiting list. Please advise the College if you do not want to remain on the waiting list for future student vacancies.

Accepting Promptly

Your Letter of Offer will outline the time frame in which you must accept the place for your child. If you feel you can’t accept within this timeframe, please contact our College Registrar on 5990 7777 to discuss.
