SIS Art, Design and Technology Exhibition Celebration Evening 2022

On Monday 7th November the SIS Art, Design and Technology Exhibition Celebration Evening was launched at Cube 37 in Frankston. This exhibition is a celebration of student work across the Visual Arts, Design and Technology subjects throughout all year levels. Various SIS schools entered student work in the exhibition, including St. Peter’s Cranbourne and Clyde North campuses, Balcombe Grammar, Flinders Christian College and John Paul College to name a few.

The last two years has seen the exhibition take place virtually so it was great to return to the exhibition space and experience first hand the works presented in a professional gallery. The standard of the works was exceptional and the event was very well attended.

Guest speaker Cassie Stevens (Illustrator & Designer – Past Padua College Student) provided insight into her career and what that looks like as a working artist. She inspired the students present that by working hard at school and using your teachers as guidance you can follow your artistic passions into University.

Only 36 works per campus are selected for this event, so it is indeed a privilege for those students to have work exhibited. We extend our congratulations to them and celebrate their success.
